Early in Company history Krämer+Grebe recognized that the best employees stem from internal operational training programmes. Here specialists are trained whose skills subsequently ensure optimum results in model and tool construction. At the same time, the practical craftsmanship experience forms an excellent basis for internal and external further training as constructors.
Training programmes are designed with the objective of creating a perspective for both parties. This concept is the best guarantee for maintaining and developing a competent skilled workforce as indispensable requirement for operational quality in the branch.
Trainees with Krämer+Grebe are traditionally also long-term specialists for the Company – reflected by permanent employment and corporate loyalty.

In-Company training programmes have an average of 15 trainees in the following professions:

  • Tooling engineer
  • Technical tooling designer
  • Industrial sales person
  • Computational process engineers (Bachelor)
